1 large pork fillet, Mississippi BBQ Original, salt, pepper, carrot strips, cheese strips, pepper strips, cabanossi, rough bratwurst, bacon strips
Cut the pork fillet lengthwise so that it forms a flat shape. Coat it from both sides with Mississippi BBQ Sauce Original and season the inner side with salt and pepper. Apply carrot, cheese and pepper strips and lengthwise quartered cabanossi or grilled rough bratwurst and roll up the meat. Wrap with thin slices of bacon (previously laid out as a net) and cook up to a core temperature of nearly 70°C at a maximum of 120°C grilling temperature (approx. 40 – 50 minutes depending on the meat and filling quantity). Cut it up, pour over with warmed up Mississippi BBQ Sauce Original and serve the meal.
