500 g mushrooms, 2 shallots, butter, 200 g sour cream, salt, pepper, 3 tbsp. herbs, 2 tbsp. Mississippi BBQ Original, Emmentaler cheese
Clean the mushrooms and remove the shafts. Cut shallots into thin strips and sweat them in a pan with butter and thin chopped shafts. Leave to cool. Mix with sour cream, salt, pepper, herbs to your taste (chopped, fresh or frozen) and Mississippi BBQ Sauce Original. Fill the mixture into the mushrooms and cover it with some Emmentaler cheese. Grill everything at medium heat for approx. 20 minutes (in a baking dish).
