300 g ground meat (beef and pork mixed), salt, pepper, sweet paprika, hot paprika, garlic granule, onion powder, approx. 6 tbsp. Mississippi BBQ Original, puff pastry (frozen), 2 spring onions
Mix the ground meat with herbs and Mississippi BBQ Sauce Original. Cover two pieces of frozen puff pastry (you can also do it yourself) with the mix. Leave a approx. 2cm margin at one of each wider sides. Chop the spring onions into thin rings (use the green parts too!) and add them to the ground meat. Roll up the puff pastry tight, seal the uncoated edge and slice the roles in approx. 1.5 cm wide pieces. Bake on a pizza stone or similar in the grill at 200 – 220 °C until it becomes golden brown. Turn after approx. 5 – 10 minutes.
